At the last meeting we had Steve the Scientist come and tell us about conversion of coffee harvest waste product to useable product/income stream. It was a blast! His patented processes extract pectin, ethanol, dietary fibre and crystaline sugar.

Steve was excellent value. He has just got approval for a factory in Brazil where he is to process 700,000 tonnes of waste product each year. The factory will be break even in the second year of operation. This is the Government response response to three people dying recently in a river because of the level of pollution from coffee waste was toxic.
But he also had small enough solutions that you could set something up on a Northern Rivers coffee farm for $2000.00.
By-products of production are clean water and carbon dioxide.
What can I say.... you should have been there.....
